Event Rentals at Camp Loughridge
The Temple Conference Center (TCC)
6 Hour Minimum
Monday – Thursday: $300/hour | Friday – Sunday: $350/hour
The TCC is ideal for large meetings, banquets, conferences and seminars. The foyer is a perfect place to greet guests and mingle, and the main room will seat over 300 guests. A double-sided fireplace separates the spaces. Features include built-in audio and video equipment, a Baby Grand Piano, and a large back porch with views of Turtle Lake and the woods. We offer exclusive on-site catering services from the large commercial kitchen.
Historic Lodge
4 Hour Minimum
Monday – Sunday: $200/hour | Friday – Sunday: $250/hour
Overnights: Min 1 night stay
Monday - Thursday: $1000 per night | Friday - Sunday: $1000 per night
The Historic Lodge was first built in 1919 and renovated with modern amenities in 2009. It is in a woodland setting that overlooks Lake Parthenia. The main room will accommodate seating for up to 90 and has built-in audio and video systems. A 2,500 square foot deck is perfect for outdoor entertaining. We offer exclusive on-site catering services from the small commercial kitchen. A second story provides sleeping accommodations for 44 people.
Bunkhouse
Overnights: Min 1 night stay
Monday - Thursday: $500 per night | Friday - Sunday: $750 per night
The Bunkhouse accommodates 26 guests in bunkbeds to stay overnight. Access to the Glass Cabin is included when renting the Bunkhouse. Stand alone restrooms are located near the Glass Cabin and Bunkhouse.
Kirkland Chapel
4 Hour Minimum
Monday – Thursday: $400/hour | Friday – Sunday: $500/hour
The Kirkland Chapel is a beautiful A-Frame building that was built in 1966 by the generosity of the Wheeler Family. Features natural overlook view of Lake Parthenia. The Chapel features a sound system with a fully tuned baby grand piano that can be used. Church pew seating that can accommodate up to 275 guests.
Glass Cabin
2 Hour Minimum
Monday – Thursday: $50/hour | Friday – Sunday: $75/hour
This cabin gets its name from the walls of windows with breathtaking views. An escape from the city await you in this 800 square foot cabin. Perfect for a small gathering of up to 30-45 people, it offers a kitchenette, central heat and air, and a stone fireplace. A charcoal grill, fire-pit and stand alone restrooms are a few steps from the door. The Bunkhouse is next door with sleeping quarters for 26 people.
Activity Cabin
2 Hour Minimum
Monday – Thursday: $50/hour | Friday – Sunday: $75/hour
This small cabin is next door to our Aquatics Center. Perfect for a small board meeting or Baby Shower it will seat up to 30-45 people. It is climate controlled and has a microwave, sink and mini-fridge. From the front door of the cabin you are steps away from trails and Turtle Lake.
Amphitheater and Pavilions
X Hour Minimum
Monday – Thursday: $/hour | Friday – Sunday: $/hour
Bring your Worship outdoors and experience God in nature! Our Amphitheater has seating for 300 guests, electrical outlets at the stage and overhead lighting. Our largest Pavilion has room for over 500 people. All Pavilions and the Amphitheater have lighting, electrical outlets and water. Tables chairs, picnic tables and benches are available.
Shane’s Place
2 Hour Minimum
Monday – Thursday: $100/hour | Friday – Sunday: $125/hour
Bring the extended family out for a picnic and some fun playing kickball, softball, baseball, soccer, football or volleyball. There’s sheltered picnic tables and a charcoal grill to use, and areas for exploring. Take a hike around a lake and view nature as intended, not through the lens of the electronic devices we’ve become so attached to.
Fire Pits
2 Hour Minimum
Monday – Thursday: $50/hour | Friday – Sunday: $75/hour
After walking around one of our Lakes you can spend an evening warming by the fire at one of our fire pits. You bring the campfire stories and tall tales. We’ll provide the firewood, lighter and a water bucket.
We have 3 lakes with wooded pathways winding around them. Stop and enjoy a picnic, fire in one of our many fire pits, canoeing and communing with nature. Ask about our prayer benches and how you can utilize them in your communication with God.
If you’re feeling disconnected from your spiritual life, reconnect with God’s creation through walking. Aimless walking forces you out of your comfort zone and into the unknown where you might find opportunities unimagined, and when you walk in prayer those opportunities might just be straight from Him.

Activities at Camp Loughridge
Ropes Course
The Ropes Course enables participants to grow at a team and individual level by exploring leadership and communication concepts, problem-solving, and coaching. The Low Ropes Course focuses on collaboration; and challenges. The High Ropes Course emphasizes risk-taking, trust, and coaching.
- Ages: 6 years and older
- Capacity: 4hr no more than 60 guests or 8hr no more than 100 guests
- Teamwork Focused: Encourages cooperation, communication, and leadership.
- Equipment Provided: All harnesses and helmets provided
- Waivers Required: Participants must complete the Challenge Course Release Form before participation.
- Availability: Jan-May Any day of the week, June & July Weekends only Aug-Dec any day of the week.

Archery
Consider an Archery program within your experience at Camp Loughridge!! Safety is the Number 1 overall goal of archery, but through learning the basics of this *NASP/USA Archery certified program at Camp Loughridge archers will also gain from other numerous benefits. Besides the beautiful settings in which you will find either one of our two archery ranges.
Ages: 6 years and older
Capacity: Groups of 10 at a time these can rotate for larger groups of up too 40 in a 2hr block
Teamwork Focus: Collaborate through group exercises and partner drills.
Equipment Provided: All archery equipment is provided, bows arrows, and targets
Waivers Required: Participants must complete the Challenge Course Assessment Form before participation.
Availability: Jan-May any day of the week June & July Saturdays & Sundays only Aug-Dec any day of the week 7am-6pm
Archery programs are available for participants with special needs as well.

Canoeing
Enjoy a fun and engaging canoeing experience at Camp Loughridge, where teamwork and adventure come together on our scenic lakes! Canoeing is a great activity for all ages, encouraging participants to work together to navigate the water while enjoying the beauty of nature.
- Ages: 6 and up
- Capacity: 3 passengers per canoe
- Teamwork Focused: Work together to steer and navigate around the lake
- Equipment Provided: Canoes, oars, and life vests (must be worn at all times)
- Waivers Required: All participants must sign a waiver before canoeing
- Availability: Currently not available on Parthenia Lake due to dock repairs
