Summer Day Camp
Hope’s Crossing is a special camp for special kids ages 9-13. Our campers have unique needs resulting from a serious illness such as cancer, heart disease, and muscular dystrophy.
Session 1: June 24th-28th
Session 2: July 8th-12th
Our purpose is to enrich the lives of each camper, providing life changing experiences that are fun, challenging and socially enriching while specifically tailored to each camper’s medical challenge.
Hope’s Crossing is fortunate to have the opportunity to use the beautiful facilities of Camp Loughridge. Each Hope’s Crossing camper will have his or her own Counselor for all three days, and will be integrated into the camping experience and activities of Camp Loughridge’s Summer Day Camp.
Camp Loughridge Summer Day Camp is a classic summer day camp amidst the beauty of 200 wooded acres in West Tulsa. A typical day at camp starts with a morning “pow-wow” filled with music, fun, and skits, and moves into times for nature, sports activities, arts and crafts, or archery. All swimming sessions are supervised by certified lifeguards. Camp Loughridge is a Christian ministry. Our goal is to help children experience a living, loving relationship with God and His world. Your camper’s days will be filled with opportunities to experience the beauty of God’s creation and to HAVE FUN!

CAMPERS
Hope’s Crossing is for children ages 9-13. Campers will be integrated with campers of Camp Loughridge, divided into groups according to age and gender. Hope’s Crossing campers will each have a Counselor specifically trained to meet the needs of the camper for the entire camp. These Counselor’s will spend all 5 days with their assigned camper, insuring the most enjoyable experience.
