Vince has spent the majority of his life in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He spent 15 years in the corporate world working in marketing and management before investing nearly five years in youth and families as the Director of Youth Ministries at First Presbyterian Church in Tulsa. He received a Bachelors of Science in Business from the University of Tulsa, holds a Masters of Divinity from Princeton Seminary, and is an ordained pastor in the Presbyterian Church (PCUSA). Vince is responsible for the overall operation and ministry of the camp, grateful that a fantastic staff of servant-hearted people surrounds him. Vince is married to Angela, and together they have 4 children (Tyler, Kevin, Josh, & Julie). He enjoys running, anything that you do in the water, biking, playing guitar, and being with his family. A couple of his favorite Scriptures are Matthew 25:40 and Joshua 1:1-10.

Jacob McIntosh

Jacob grew up on a dairy farm in Western New York where he attended and worked at a camp Hickory Hill from the age of 6 through college. Jacob received a B.S. in Physics from SUNY Brockport where he met his wife Amy. After college he moved with his wife to Jackson, Mississippi and he studied at Reformed Theological Seminary where he received a M.A. in Christian Education. During his time in Mississippi he worked at Timber Creek Camp for 4 years and was involved in an Emerging Church plant. Jacob’s main responsibility is for the operation of summer camp and outdoor education. Jacob has been at Camp Loughridge since 2006, he has a 2-year-old son and a wife whom he loves dearly.

Leslie Walker

Leslie was born in Colorado and has had the pleasure of living in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Oklahoma. She has been working with “numbers” in the accounting world for over 18 years and enjoys it immensely. Leslie says, “Accounting is like a giant puzzle and once all the pieces to the puzzle are together, it shows a completed picture”. In the fall of 2008, Leslie was blessed to serve as part of a mission team to Haiti. She thought it was truly amazing seeing God at work.
Her primary duty at the camp is to manage the day-to-day administrative operations. Leslie is responsible for all accounting functions - Payables, Receivables, Payroll, and all financial reporting statements; Communication functions – telephone, website, and office equipment; Personnel functions – volunteer, part-time, and full-time staff oversight as related to general administration of the camp.
Leslie is blessed to have two sons, 11 and 3 years old, who were born profoundly deaf.

Kyle Rahnenfuehrer

Kyle grew up in the Chicago area and north central Ohio for 18 years before coming to Tulsa for college. He received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Theology from Oral Roberts University in 2002. His volunteer and professional experience includes being a youth pastor, doing street evangelism, residential framing, concrete flat work, and general maintenance duties. Working at Camp Loughridge since November 2003, he oversees the beautification and maintenance of its 188 acres of wooded terrain, three lakes, two pools, 14 structures, and all vehicles. Basically, he builds, and fixes!!! His life passion consists of working with his hands to create and his heart to communicate with people about life and the teachings of the Bible. Some of his interests include reading, drinking coffee, singing, performing juggling and magic, traveling, and talking to lots and lots of people. In a nutshell, using his hands to fix and his heart to communicate - all to better understand Jesus’ life and live the way he would live today.

Kathy was born and raised in rural Kansas . Graduating HS and attending college in Dodge City Kansas, she later moved to Tulsa as a Visual Manager for JCPenney, retiring after 17 years. Kathy's passion is working with and for the people. She has served on five international mission teams to Central America, done extensive volunteer work in and around Tulsa, and was especially blessed working with lots of Katrina survivors transplanted to the Tulsa area. In 2006, she worked as a Site Supervisor/Principal for the Project Transformation Summer Day Camp, leading 85 children and 8 teachers for their 8 week program. Her varied responsibilities are currently acting as Reservations and Wedding and Reception Director, . Kathy has raised five children with her husband Phil and they are enjoying the first of what they hope are many grandchildren!

After spending 28 years in Sales and Greenhouse Plant Production, Terry has been involved with Summer Camp since 2002: Four years associated with a Special needs camp in Argyle Texas, and the past 3 years at Camp Loughridge. Terry currently serves as: Director of Guest Services, providing customer service to the many guests visiting the camp as well as the Challenge Course Director, assisting groups from students to corporate management teams, with the discovery and development of Life skills. Terry is married to Patty, his wife of 35 years, and together they have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren.
Favorites: Blue, the Smokey Mountains, Books, October Sunsets. Personal Re-charging: Trees, Meditation, Quite time with God.

Bill Welch Jr.
Funds Development Director
Bill grew up enjoying the retreat and recreational features of Camp Loughridge, as well as many years at Kanakuk Kamp. A life-long Tulsan, Bill operated his own commercial photography studio for 28 years before accepting the Development Director position at Loughridge.
Bill attended Kansas University, where he competed on the Jayhawk Cross-Country and Track teams before he transferred to Brooks Institute of Photography where he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.
Bill became a Licensed Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church in June 2006. He is the Head Pastor of West Tulsa United Methodist Church on a part-time basis.
He and his wife Theresa have one daughter (Hailey). They are also very proud of the three grown children, two son-in-laws, and two grandchildren they share.
Bill’s responsibilities at Camp Loughridge include Special Events, Grant Writing, Marketing and Communication, and Donor Relations.
